Polart Housing is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the construction and development sector. Founded by Mr. Giannis Kouma, an Architect, in 1989, we have grown and evolved continuously, establishing ourselves as a trusted name in the industry.

Our journey began as a Land Development Company, and to this day, we remain active in this field, with over 40 completed projects successfully transferred to their new owners.
